Power to lease.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force a credit agency shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13, have the right to lease the land acquired by it under the said sub-section : Provided that the term of such lease shall not be more than one year at a time and that the lessee shall not acquire any interest in the land.
