Act of trustee committee not to be invalidated by vacancy, defect, etc.- No act done or proceeding taken under this Act or the rules made thereunder by the trustee committee shall be invalidated merely by reason of,- (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the committee ; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of any person as a member thereof ; or Advocates Welfare Fund [1985: KAR. ACT 2 124 (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
