Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Karnataka Advocates’ Welfare Fund Act, 1983 (Karnataka Act 2 of 1985) for the purposes herein after appearing. Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Sixty-eighth year of the Republic of India as follows:
