Authorities of the University.- The following, shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) The Board of Governors; (ii) The Board of Managements; (iii) The Academic Council; (iv) The Research and Innovation Council; (v) The Finance Committee; and (vi) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
