[Repealed.] THE SCHEDULE. 3 THE WORKING JOURNALISTS AND OTHER NEWSPAPER EMPLOYEES (CONDITIONS OFSERVICE) AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1955 ACT NO. 45 OF 19551 [20th December, 1955.] An Act to regulate certain conditions of service of working journalists and other persons employed in newspaper establishments. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY
