Declaration of tourist places or zone - On and from the date of coming into force of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare any zone place, monument, site, location as a tourist place or zone for the purposes of this Act, including any river bank, riverbed, water spring, lake, water course or land, etc.
