- S. 1[Repealed by the Repealing Act, 1870 (Act XIV of 1870)

- S. 2Section allows the government to set toll rates and manage their collection on roads or bridges funded by it.
- S. 3Section 3 allows seizure and sale of vehicles or goods for unpaid tolls, with release if full tolls and expenses are paid before sale.
- S. 4Section exempts government stores, public servants on duty, and certain others from toll payments.
- S. 5Section mandates police officers to assist toll-collectors in executing the Act, with same powers as in regular police duties.
