Officers and servants of the Tribunal.- The Tribunal may, with the previous sanction of the Government, appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for carrying on its business, and 2828 | P a g e the remuneration and other conditions of service of such officers and servants shall be such as may be prescribed.
