Housing Units.- (1) The board may with the previous approval Government establish by resolution a Housing Unit for any city or for any other area for the efficient performance of its function in that area: (2) Every Housing Unit shall form part of the establishment of the Board and shall consist of such officers and servants as may be admissible according to standards prescribed by the government. (3) Every Housing Unit shall be under the charge of an officer who shall exercise such power and perform such duties and functions which may be assigned to him by the Managing Director under section 22 of the Act.
