Repeal and saving(1) The Bihar State Housing Board Ordinance 1982(Bihar Ordinance no 31 of 1982) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing or action was done or taken. THE SCHEDULE Further modification in the Land Acquisition Act,1894(Act 1 to 1894) in its application to the State.
