The Board to be local authority under Act 1 of 1894 and Act 9 of 1914- the Board shall be deemed to be a local authority for the purposes of the Land Acquisition Act. 1894 (Act 1 of 18940 and the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1914 (Act 9 of 1914).
