Members, officers and employees of the Board, committees and Tribunals deemed to be public servants- All members, officers and employees of the Board, the members of committees, the Tribunal and all other persons entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act shall be deemed when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal code (Act 45 of 1860).
