(l ) Any land required by the Authority for discharging its functions under this Act; shall tre deemed to be land needed for a public purpose and such land may be acquired for the Authority under the provisions of the land Acquisition Act, I 894' (2> Any land, which is underthe ownership, control ormanagementof the Authority, shall be deemed to be public land for which all relevant acts, rules andregulations shallhe applicable, Contracts by the AuthoritY-- l'l .
