Conferring, granting or issuing post-graduate diploma, license, etc. by unauthorized person or institution:- (1) No person other than an institution recognized or authorized under this Act shall confer, grant or issue or hold himself out as entitled to confer, grant, or issue any degree, diploma, license, certificate or any other like award or which states or implies that the holder, grantee or recipient thereof is qualified to practice the physiotherapy, as the case may be. (2) No person other than a physiotherapist whose name is entered in the register prepared and maintained under this Act shall practise physiotherapy system of medical science.
