Time for seeking permission for certain existing institutions :- (1) Any person who has established an institution before the date of coming into force of this Act, shall seek, within a period of six months from the said date, the permission of the State Government, as provided in section 17. (2) If such person fails to seek the permission under sub-section (1), the provisions of section 18 shall apply, so far as may be, as if, permission of the State Government under section 17 has been refused.
