Fees and allowances to members of Council, Executive Committee and Equivalence and Registration Committee :- Such fees and allowances for attendance at meetings, as prescribed from time to time, shall be paid to the President and Vice-President and other members of the Council, and to the members of its Executive Committee, and Equivalence and Registration Committees.
