Authority of a University. - The following shall be the authorities of a University, namely:- (1) Board of Management, (2) Senate, (3) The Academic Council, (4) The Board of Studies of different faculties, and (5) Such other bodies of a University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of that University.
