Officers of the University. - The following shall be the officers of a University, namely:- (1) The Chancellor; (2) The Vice-Chancellor; (3) The Registrar; (4) The Comptroller; (5) The Deans; (6) The Directors; and (7) Such other persons in the service of a University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of a University.
