Short title, extent and commencement:- (i) This Act may be called Jharkhand Agriculture University (Amendment) Act, 2015. (ii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint. (iii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.
