शियमावाली बिािे की िशि ।- (i) इस अशधशियम के प्रावधािों को कायावशन्वत करिे हेतु राज्य सरकार को शियमावली बिािे की िशि होगी। (ii) आयोग को राज्य सरकार के अिुमोदि से, शवज्ञापिों का प्रकािि, शलशखत परीक्षाओं का संचालि, परीक्षािलों का प्रकािि, व्यशित्व परीक्षण/साक्षात्कार, यदद कोई हो, के संचालि एवं अन्य कायों हेतु शवशियमावली शवरशचत करिे की िशि प्राप्त होगी। झारखण्ड राज्यपाल के आदेि से, प्रिान्त कुमार, सरकार के सशचव। अशधसूचिा 5 ददसम्बर, 2008 संख्या-एल0जी0-9/2008-81/लेज0- झारखण्ड शवधाि मंडल द्वारा यथापाररत और राज्यपाल द्वारा ददिांक 24 िवम्बर, 2008 को अिुमत झारखण्ड कमवचारी चयि आयोग अशधशियम, 2008 का शिम्नांदकत अंग्रेजी अिुवाद झारखण्ड राज्यपाल के प्राशधकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित दकया जाता है, शजसे भारती संशवधाि के अिुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड-(3) के अधीि उि अशधशियम का अंग्रेजी भार्ा में प्राशधकृत पाठ समझा जायगा:- THE JHARKHAND STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION ACT, 2008 [JHARKHAND ACT 16, 2008] AN ACT for the constitution of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (J.S.S.C.) for bringing uniformity in the process of selection of the technical and non-technical posts class III under the administrative control of the Government of Jharkhand. Preamble As there has been a large scale increase in the number of candidates appearing for competitive examinations and the responsibilities of Jharkhand Public Service Commission have increased manifold Therefore it has been considered as expedient to constitute a separate Commission namely "Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission" to take over the responsibility or recruitment of group C posts under the State Government Corporations, Boards, Authorities and other Agencies of the State Government; And, as the Fitment Committee in its report (Vol. IV, Book-2) under chapter-7, para-7-3- 1313 (d) has given its recommendation to consider the probability of constitution of a Commission like Staff Selection Commission, And, as in these circumstances, it is appropriate to regulate an Act for the constitution of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission to bring uniformity in the selection procedure for the appointment of eligible candidates to the posts of Class-3. Now, therefore, be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Jharkhand in the Fifty ninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
