Overriding effect Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsisitent therewith contained in any other state law for the time being in force. Provided that fine, penality, duty and other similar provisions if any under applicable Act, shall be imposed as per provisions of the applicable Act, and shall be deposited as prescribed.
