Rights and privileges under other laws, etc. not affected. — Nothing in this Act shall affect any right or privilege to which an employee in any establishment is entitled, at the date on which this Act applies to such establishment, under any other law for the time being in force, or under award, agreement contract, custom or usage applicable to such establishment, if such right or privilege is more favourable to him than any right or privilege conferred upon him by this Act.
