Rules (1) The State Government may by notification make rules, to carry out all or any of the provisions of this Act. (2) The power to make rule conferred by this section is subject to the condition to the rules being made after previous publication. (3) All rules made under this section shall be published in the Official Gazette and on such publication shall have effect as if enacted under this Act.
