Control over Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Collectors- In the performance of his duties and the exercise of his powers under this Act, the Deputy Commissioner, shall be subject to the general direction and control of the Commissioner, and the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub- divisional Officers and Deputy Collectors exercising the functions of the Deputy Commissioner, shall be subject to the direction and control of the Deputy Commissioner.
