The following shall be the authorities of the University namely: (a) The Board of Governors. (b) The Board of Management. (c) The Academic Council. (d) The Finance Committee. (e) Research Council. (f) Distance Education Committee. (g) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
