(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee; (ii) the Pro Vice Chancellor; (iii) the Financial Adviser; (iv) the Director of Research and Development; (v) two members of the Council (one of them shall be a Government nominee on the Council) to be nominated by the Council; (vi) the Directors; (vii) one Professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Council. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (v) and (vi) shall be three years.
