Short Title, Extent and Commencement. — (1) This Act may be called The Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment (Amendment) Act, 2016. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand. 3 झारखÖड गजट (असाधारण) सोमवार, 6 जून, 2016 (3) It shall come into force at once.
