Applicatîon of certain provisions relating to National H um an Rlghts Com m ission to' State Com m issions The provisions of scctions 9, 1O, 12, 13. 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 shall apply to' a State Commission and shall havc effect, subject to the following modifications, namelv:- ' (a) references to ''Commission'' shall be construed as referenccs to.
