Officers and other staff oi the State Comm lssîon (1) The State Government shall make available to the Commission an officer not below the rank of a Secretaw to the State Government who shall be the Secretaw of the State Commission; and such police and investigative staff under an officer not below the rank of an Inspector General of Police and such other officers and staff as m av be necessaw for the efficient perform ance of the functions of the State Commission. (2) subject to such rules as mav be made bg the State Government in this behalf, the State Commission may appoint such other addministrative, technical and scientific staff as it m ay consider necessaw .
