A person shall be disqualified from being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the university, if he/she: (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an undischarged insolvent; (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) has been punished for indulging or in promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination , in any form, anywhere.
