Constitution of Municipality - On the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of the notification under section 4 and after consideration of the objections which may be submitted in this regard, the State Government may, by a notification, constitute: - (1) such a larger urban area as a Municipal Corporation; (2) such a smaller urban area as a Municipal Council; and (3) such an area in transition from a rural area to an urban area as a Nagar Panchayat.
