Penalty for illegal hiring or procuring of conveyance at elections - If any person is guilty of any such corrupt practice as is specified in sub-section (6) of >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 694 section 587 or in connection with an election, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months and or with fine.
