Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice. No person shall, without authority, remove, destroy, deface or otherwise obliterate any notice exhibited by or under the orders of the municipality, or any municipal authority, or any officer or other employee of the municipality specified by the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer in this behalf.
