Registers to be maintained- The Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer shall maintain in such form, and in such manner, as may be prescribed, two separate registers of which – (a) one shall contain premises wise information of non-residential uses, indicating the unique premises number, if any, assigned under this Act, and (b) the other shall contain such information, on the basis of different non- residential user groups for factories, warehouses, medical institutions, educational institutions, and such other uses, as may be provided by regulations.
