Power to prohibit re-erection of building on inaccessible sites - (1) If any building is so situated as to be inaccessible to a fire-engine or as to cause obstruction to a fire-engine to reach the site, the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer may, by a notice in writing addressed to the owner of the building order to demolish such portion to enable a fire engine to reach the site.
