Power to require closing of burning and burial grounds, etc.- Where the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer is of the opinion that any burning place or burial ground or place for the disposal of the dead has become offensive or dangerous to the health of persons residing in the neighbourhood, or for any other reasons may, with the previous approval of the Standing Committee, and by notice, in writing, require the owner or the person in charge of such burning place or burial ground or place for the >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 590 disposal of the dead, to close such burning place or burial ground or place for the disposal of the dead, from such date as may be specified in the notice.
