Playing of loudspeakers – Whoever in contravention of any general or special prohibition issued by the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer, and without the permission of the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer, plays loud-speaker shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
