Protection of action taken in good faith: No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the State Regulatory Commission or any officer of the State Government or any member, officer or other employee of the State Regulatory Commission for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this chapter or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
