Definitions: In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, (a) “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the State Commission; (b) “High Court” means the High Court of the State; (c) “Member” means a Member of the State Commission, and includes the Chairperson, and a Member of the State Commission; (d) “State Commission” means the State Municipal Regulatory Commission constituted under sub-section (1) of section 263.
