Power to require filling up of wells- Whenever a supply of water has been provided in any municipal area, the municipality may, by notice, in writing, require the owner, lessee, or occupier, as the case may be, of a well, tube-well, tank or other water area, forming part of any premises in such area, to fill up such well, tank or other water area. >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 516
