Toll on Bridges: The State Government may, with the consent of a municipality, make over to that municipality any existing toll-bar on a bridge within the municipal area to be administered by the municipality and, thereupon, the municipality shall administer such toll-bar until the State Government directs otherwise. Every such toll-bar, while so administered, shall be deemed to be a municipal toll-bar, and the profits derivable therefrom or such parts thereof as shall be agreed upon between the State Government and the municipality, shall be credited to the Municipal Fund.
