License for use of site for purpose of advertisement to be void in certain cases. - Any license granted under section 172 shall be void, - (a) if the licensee contravenes any of the terms and conditions of license or, (b) if any addition or alteration is made to, or in the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon- sign or sky-sign, upon or over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed or retained, or (c) if the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon-sign or sky-sign over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed or retained is demolished or destroyed.
