Power to include certain dwelling house, manufactory, etc., within a particular municipal area - Where a dwelling house, manufactory, warehouse, or place of industry or business is situated within the limits of two or more adjacent municipal areas, the State Government may, notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, by notification, declare the municipal area within which such dwelling house, manufactory, warehouse, or place of industry or business shall be deemed to be included for the purposes of this Act. >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 416
