Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2018. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in Jharkhand State Gazette.
