Bar of jurisdiction. - The liability of a person to pay the tax shall not be questioned or determined in any manner by any authority other than that as provided in this Act or in the Rules made thereunder and no prosecution, suit or other proceeding shall lie against any officer of Government for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
