Resignation by the Chairman or a non-official member.– The Chairman, or any other non- official member of the Board may, at any time, resign his office by submitting his resignation to the State Government.] [Ed.- Prior to Substitution by Act 11 of 1982, S. 5 read as follows: “5. Resignation by the President or a member. – The President, or any other member of the Board may, at any time, resign his office by submitting his resignation to the State Government, but no such resignation shall take effect until it is accepted by the State Government.”+
