Savings- (1) Nothing in this Act Shall be deemed to apply to any industry declared to be a scheduled industry under the industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (LXV of 1951), or to effect of the provisions of that Act. (2) The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force relation to Khadi and Village industries.
