Establishment of the Board. – 1[(1) As soon as may be after the coming into force of this Act, there shall be established, for the purpose of this Act by the State Government of Board to be Called the 2[Jharkhand State] Khadi and Village Industries Board.] (2) The Board shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
