Place of trial.—If any person commits an offence against this Act or any rule made thereunder, he shall be triable for the offence in any place in which he may be found or which the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoints in this behalf, or in any other place in which he might be tried under any other enactment for the time being in force.
