Penalty for neglect or refusal to give information as to insurance or to produce certificate of insurance.—If any person without reasonable cause neglects or refuses to give information as to insurance or to produce the certificate of insurance under the provisions contained in Chapter VIA, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.] 3[62D.
